On December 30th Episode Eight of the BILT Academy Podcast went live.
Our eighth episode is our year end special which sees all of our BILT Academy team return to tell you a bit about their journey in researching the topics presented in our podcast episodes, but also to reflect on how they have experienced the unprecedented circumstances of a global pandemic and how the related governmental health measurements have changed their lives.
For this Podcast Special, we invited a special guest, who by her profession and academic pedigree – we turned to, to answer a couple of questions we had as a team – in how to address the inverse effects the current pandemic has on us. As our special guest is a personal friend of our back-end producer, the interview was conducted by her.

Our Special Guest, Sylvia Lemkovitz, is a respected medical psychologist with over a decade of practical experience. She currently focuses on psychological treatment of patients with chronic pain issues. Sylvia regularly updates her scientific and academic knowledge. She also enjoys riding her motorcycle, meeting up with friends (as far as possible in the current lockdown conditions), and reading a good book.
